Job Title: Video Editor and Instructor
Job Overview:

In addition to the responsibilities of a Video Editor, this role involves teaching and training team members as well as students at our training institute. Responsibilities:
- Edit and enhance raw footage from educational lectures, presentations, and recordings.
- Ensure seamless transitions, audio clarity, and visual appeal in all edited videos.
- Collaborate with content creators to understand and integrate visual elements into educational content.
- Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to trim, cut, and optimize footage.
- Conduct quality checks on finished videos to meet organizational standards and guidelines.
- Develop and conduct training sessions on video editing techniques and best practices for team members and students.
- Create instructional materials and resources for video editing courses.
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to students during practical exercises.
- Assess and evaluate the progress of team members and students in mastering video editing skills.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing technologies and techniques.
- Incorporate industry trends and advancements into training curriculum.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of edited content.
