Job Title: Graphic Designer and Instructor
Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer and Instructor. In addition to the responsibilities of a Graphic Designer, this role involves teaching and training team members as well as students at our training institute. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a flair for creating visually appealing materials, and the ability to effectively impart design knowledge to others.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and cohesive designs for educational materials, including infographics, charts, and illustrations.
- Design promotional materials, social media posts, and other marketing collateral to support educational content.
- Work closely with content creators to understand the visual requirements of educational materials.
- Establish and maintain a strong visual identity for the organization’s brand across all design elements.
- Develop and conduct training sessions on graphic design principles and software for team members and students.
- Create instructional materials and resources for graphic design courses.
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to students during practical design exercises.
- Assess and evaluate the progress of team members and students in mastering graphic design skills.
- Stay updated on the latest graphic design software and industry trends.
- Incorporate industry trends and advancements into training curriculum.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to create compelling visuals.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Experience in developing and delivering training sessions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design materials and training.
